The Minnesota District of the Civilian Conservation Corps was established April 5, 1933.
The District published this brochure [ca. 1938] to encourage boys to enroll in the state's CCC program and to raise public awareness of its accomplishments.
The brochure includes a listing of all CCC camps in Minnesota [ca. 1937], provides a history of the program, an account of a typical day in camp, and a summary of CCC achievements in the state.
