CCC camp kitchen

Cooking three large meals each day for 200 hungry young men was a challenge for CCC camp cooks, especially with the equipment available to them. This photograph shows a typical camp kitchen, equipped with a wood-burning range, large sink, butcher block table, and a large stand mixer in the corner.
