The 1952 graduating class of University of Minnesota's College of Veterinary Medicine was the second class to obtain degrees from the new college, and the first class to include women. Dr. Bee Hanlon and Dr. JoAnne Schmidt O'Brien were the first women admitted by the school in 1948.
