The Sworsky's home after the Fridley tornado, 1965

Life in the suburbs wasn't all "good life," as the Sworskys discovered when a tornado ripped through their neighborhood in May of 1965. This photograph shows the damage done to the family's home. With the help of a kind builder, the Sworskys were able to rebuild their home.
