A group of 58 civil rights proponents from Minnesota took a chartered flight to Washington, DC to participate in the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom on August 28, 1963. Matthew Little, chairman of the Minnesota contingent, was one of them. He is pictured here in a dark suit at the center of the photograph.
