The importance of home front wartime production to the success of the Allied cause during World War II prompted companies to produce morale building posters and advertisements. This poster was created for Northwest Airlines not long after it opened its B-24 bomber modification plant at Holman Field in St. Paul, which at its production peak employed more than 5,000 men and women.
