Rabideau Camp #708, located near Blackduck, was one of many forest conservation camps operated in Minnesota by the CCC. Today, 13 of the camp's 25 original structures are still standing. Of the 26 surviving CCC camp sites nationwide, Rabideau is in the best condition. The Rabideau CCC camp was designated a National Historic Landmark in August 2006.
