This group of boys participated in the Polk County 4-H Dairy Calf Club in 1934. They are, left to right: Melfred Roragen, Chester Morvig and Paul Gredvig. Melfred was a member of the East Polk dairy judging team, which competed in the judging contest at the 1934 State Fair. Chester developed a herd of Holstein cattle through his club work, and Paul was a first-year participant.
